How To Use Coupons?

1. A Direct Clickable Link
If your coupon offer has this, the prompt will be to "click HERE!" Doing this will take you directly to the merchant's coupon page where you will pick up the coupon automatically, and continue to shop. The coupon will be in your cart when you check out from the merchant's store.

2. A Coupon Code: If a coupon code is provided, COPY the code down exactly. Then click on the link to the merchant, this is usually the merchant's name, and go shopping! When you want to check out, there will be a prompt somewhere along the way for coupons, coupon codes, special offers, special discount codes, etc... When that prompt appears in your shopping cart, simply enter the coupon code and continue.

With both types of coupons an important tip:
BE SURE YOUR DISCOUNT IS REFLECTED before checking out!

SAD, BUT TRUE:
Sometimes merchants pull coupon codes and offers without notice. In fact, it happens more than I would like :( If this happens, I regret it deeply, but do ask that you forward me the information immediately so I can remove the code from the site.

To do this, just click on the "expired" link under the expired item to automatically notify us! Thousands of shoppers visit cleverbabies every day, and working together we can make sure all offers are up to date and current!

CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR OTHER INFORMATION
If you have changed your registered email address, please drop us a line by using the Contact us form. Be sure to include your old email address and your new one so we can update you!
To change information OTHER than your email address ( including changing your password) , Log in ( upper right ) and then Click on MY ACCOUNT ( upper right on any page) , then select EDIT PROFILE.


SUBSCRIBE TO WEEKLY COUPON AND DEAL PACKED NEWSLETTERS
If you are signing up for the first time , click on REGISTER on the top right of the site or Click HERE . Simply select which newsletters you would like to subscribe to. Members may subscribe to cleverbabies , cleverbabies , and/or CleverBabies newsletters. All newsletters arrive weekly.

Logged in members: Click on MY ACCOUNT ( upper right on any page) , then select EDIT PROFILE. On the profile page, check unchecked boxes to subscribe to one, two , or all three newsletters


UNSUBSCRIBE FROM WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS
Logged in members: Click on MY ACCOUNT ( upper right on any page) , then select EDIT PROFILE. On the profile page, UNCHECK the boxes next to the newsletters you want to UNSUBSCRIBE from.

You may also unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE option in EVERY newsletter. Please take the time to choose the unsubscribe option, rather than report us for spam when you no longer wish to receive our mailings. We NEVER mails anyone who did not sign up, so please be kind and don't associate us with spammers!


SUBMIT DEALS FOR MERCHANTS
Members are welcome to submit deals for any merchants we have listed on our site. If you submit a coupon, deal or sale that we use, and you are the first to submit it, we will put a special thank you to YOU on the site, next to the submission, for as long as it is valid!
Please note, at the present time, we can only post coupons, sales, and deals for merchants we actually have listed.
After you have logged in, there are two ways to submit a deal for a merchant:

1. use the pull down menu on the right side of the page, and select the merchant you want to post a deal for. When you get to that merchant's page on our site, click in the upper right, the text "Click to submit coupons, deals, or sales for (merchant)" and fill out the form completely.

2. Click on MY ACCOUNT ( upper right on any page) ( this will only appear when members are logged in) then click on submit coupons & sales and deals, and fill out the form completely, indicating which merchant you wish to submit for.


REPORT DEALS AS EXPIRED
Merchants frequently update or change deals, sales and coupons, often without notice. We work hard to keep over 500 stores updated, but sometimes we miss when things expire when we aren't looking. If you see something expired, please take a moment to let us know. Simply click the EXPIRED link under the expired item and we will remove it asap. Thank you so much for helping us stay up to date!


RATE MERCHANTS
Click on MY ACCOUNT ( upper right on every page) ( this will only appear when members are logged in), and then click on RATE MERCHANTS. Here you can rate or view merchant ratings by cleverbabies members.


HOW TO SIGN UP FOR AND UNSUBSCRIBE FROM INSTANT DEAL ALERTS
Deal alerts are great tools if you LOVE particular merchants. By signing up you will get an instant email each time a coupon, sale OR deal is added for selected merchants!

Click on MY ACCOUNT ( upper right on every page) ( this will only appear when members are logged in), and then click on FAVORITES LIST, then click on EDIT FAVORITES LIST, and add stores that you want deal alerts for to the list. When done, scroll to the bottom and click ADD TO FAVORITES. Then in the ACTION column, click SET ALERT for any merchant. To STOP deal alerts log in, click on my account, then favorites list, and click UNSET ALERT next to the merchant (s) you want to STOP deal alerts for.

You may also add merchants to your favorites list on any merchant page while LOGGED in. Simply click on "Click for emailed coupons, deals, and sales updates for (merchant)" on the upper right hand side of the merchant page. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to continue adding merchant to your favorites list. Once added, you may set the alert to begin instant alerts when coupons, deals, and sales are added for that merchant.

Deal alerts are subject to drive you bonkers if you subscribe to popular stores like Toys R Us, Babies R Us, Amazon, Drugstore, Best Deals Magazines, and others that frequently have lots of deals and coupons.

You may get only a mail a week for a merchant signed up for, OR 10 in one day if the merchant has lots of great deals pouring in. Please sign up for deal alerts thoughtfully. They are wonderful tools, but you could go bonkers if you sign up for too many, ha ha! Follow the unsubscribe instructions above if you are losin' it, ha ha!
